Inviting you to join me this coming February 2023 for an in-person retreat of voice, song, and magic in the Andes mountains of Peru
Journey through the Elements with Song & Voice in the Sacred Valley of Peru ~
Deepen your connection with your own voice as an ally of creativity.
February 21st-27th at Willka T’ika Essential Wellness Retreat

Over these 7 days, we will journey together in community and in song, moving through the energy centers of the body and the 5 elements with voice, sound, and singing to unlock more of our voices, discover latent energy stored within the lower centers, and ultimately gain more comfort and ease in expressing ourselves and our authentic voice!
We will do this with my favorite ingredient - PLAY, as well as the incredible inspiration of nature to open our hearts, daily practices to ground and balance, and journeys to nearby sacred sites sites to offer our voices and receive the potent energies of these lands.
This retreat is for those who consider themselves singers and those who deeply yearn to connect more to their true voice and song! As well as for those of you who feel the strong pull to immerse in these powerful lands of the Andes mountains and open to more of your creative essence through voice!
Retreat Includes delicious and nourishing, organic breakfast, lunch, and dinner, beautiful private accommodations with views to the mountains and gardens within Willka T’ika. healing plant baths with local plants, a visit to Naupa Iglesia (a nearby ruin for group meditation and singing), daily group singing and breath practice, afternoon teachings and activities on the voice, and afternoon/evening ritual/ceremony with plenty of time for musical jams and movement.

We will be diving into the somatic experience of song, practical practices to enhance creativity, group song creation and collaboration, plenty of spaciousness and time to enjoy the famous chakra gardens, as well as partaking in rituals and ceremonies native to the lands here, such as a traditional Despacho ceremony - or offering to the Earth, led by a Q’uero elder, as well as creating group altars, learning about the local plants (and bathing with them) and visiting nearby sacred sites (to offer our voices and sing!!!)
And what a gift to be able to share this beautiful and vulnerable and courageous experience together!
Because although it can be done in full playfulness, singing and offering our voices does take great courage, and I am so looking forward to sharing in these joyful, tender, and so alive places with each of you.

Teaching - Safety and the Voice - The Root, Power of Rhythm, and Receiving Nature’s Song
Day 3 - Exploring the Water Element
Morning singing and breath practice, exploring Perolniyoc Waterfalls
Teaching - Creativity and the Voice - Connecting with the Sacral, Sensuality, and Creative Play - and allowing Emotion to move through Voice.
Day 4 - Exploring the Fire Element
Morning singing and breath practice, evening fire ceremony
Teaching - Power and the Voice - Singing from the Naval, Stabilizing a Healthy Self Identity with Voice and Sound, Healthy Fire and the Art of Endurance
Day 5 - Exploring the Air Element
Morning singing and breath practice, afternoon cacao ceremony for the heart
Teaching - Singing from the Heart, Using voice to invoke, release, and blossom in joy
Day 6 - Exploring the Space Element
Morning singing and breath practice, afternoon sound healing ceremony
Teaching - Intentional Creation with Song - The Art of Receiving and Generosity with Voice - Your Voice as an Offering to Life!
Day 7 - Depart with a Full Heart of Songs
