Inviting you to dive in, restore, reset, and harvest the fruits of all your divine works with the medicine of the voice and the body as our guide!

With song and vibration, as well as embodied practices of movement and Equinox ritual - we will dive into the beautiful and fierce archetypes of The Mother and discover those deeper expressions within our own being and voice.

As we are being called to step onto our path with even more balance, clarity, support, and grace to serve our mission and our own hearts.

Come and be held by the mountains, the vibration of song, and the support of sisterhood.

We will be enjoying three days of magic, nourishment, and reset in Steamboat Springs, Colorado - all while exploring the beauty, strength, and range of power of the The Mother archetype within through song and movement.

In our culture, the Mother has often been depicted in a very limited scope - as one who sacrifices, gives it all, and is left without her spark, her authentic voice, and her own needs being met. Yet when we look at the greatest example of the Mother, that of Mother Earth, we see the qualities of sustenance, abundance, and also the fierce love to set boundaries with clarity, speak from a place of unapologetic truth, and be a true force with a sense of worthiness, revealing a path of inspired liberation and joy for all in her presence-

These qualities also live within each woman, inside of her womb, her creative center, her heart, and her voice.

We are being invited to re-explore and re-ignite these energies of fierce self love and devotion within ourselves - so we can better tend to the life that wishes to birth through us - be it our families, our most sacred projects, and all of our creations.

Whether you have birthed a child, plan to, or feel that it is not your particular path in this life- your womb, heart, and voice are powerful portals of creation that with the practices, reflections, and support can open more to the life force that wants to move through your unique vessel.

And just like a mama raising a child, the support around us is what sustains our collective efforts.

Let’s fill our cups as we dive into our own bodies, nourish our own creative wells, and enjoy the beauty of nature’s wisdom at this auspicious time of balance and equanimity. A time of reaping the harvest together.

This retreat is for women already engaged in their sacred work, holding the vision, and desiring a place to be held, filled, and inspired deeply! The woman who wants to dive a little deeper in the ways of the feminine, that of balance, pleasure, play, and connection. This one is for you.

We’ll be under 8 women total, having the opportunity to dive deep, relax, recharge, and receive! :)

In this 3 day intimate retreat, we will dive into beauty & the richness, wonder, and deep relaxation of body - through song, movement, and delicious foods and herbal teas specifically curated for each day’s exploration of the Goddess!

Day 1 - Kali Ma, the Fierce Mother whose strength and fire purifies and cleans all illusion.

• we’ll cleanse - get clear on what is ready to be purified in ritual and delicious hot springs visits. - take in special herbal tea blends, and an evening fire ceremony with song, followed by a restorative Yoga Nidra with Jess!

Day 2 - Mother Mary, the compassionate heart brings harmony and balance to all of life.

• invoking the heart of compassion with Divine Mother Mary, we’ll journey into the sweetness of nature, nourish our bodies with delicious seasonal food, learn to provide a meal of nourishment for fall, and open our Equinox ritual together with song, movement, and ceremony. Discovering the voice’s capacity for self healing, and diving into Equinox ritual & magic. Voice Led by Heather & Annie

Day 3 - Green Tara, known as the Mother of all Buddhas helping to birth freedom in this earthly plane and beyond

• on our last day, we’ll invoke Green Tara - Getting clear on mission that is infused with balance and harmony with life. We will celebrate with flower making crowns, explore our mission and vision from a place of deep embodiment, and create an altar to Tara to take with us and place upon our own altars as we journey into our lives. Including our final group brunch and sharing circle - how we can support moving forward.

Camping spaces are 375$/person for the weekend and tents and sleeping bags will be provided at the venue.

Once your deposit is received, you will receive a welcome letter with info on how best to prepare for the retreat, travel tips to CO, and a suggested packing list!

We will be staying in a beautiful, cozy home with an outdoor deck, fireplace, spacious kitchen, and dinging room table for our communal meals and herbal crafting.

1:30pm Nourishing lunch, opening circle and altar making- Intro to the Mother Archetype discovery -

2:30pm Invoking Goddess Kali Ma archetype and voice/ movement practice with Annie!

4:00pm Trip to Strawberry Hot Springs for a 2 hour soak in natural hot pools

6:30pm Communal Dinner Making & Feast

September 17th Invoking Mother Mary - Bringing home the Heart of Compassion, Self Healing, and Devotion

Travel:

Travel to our cozy and magical location will happen flying into Steamboat Springs Airport! There will likely be a stop in Denver. Once you land, you will be picked up and brought to our luscious retreat space :) If you are flying in, please arrive before 2pm to Hayden airport! You will be responsible for lodging if you choose to come an early or stay later in the area! (I am happy to help with recommendations for your stay).

With deep joy in my heart and reverence for The Mother of all of creation, I look forward to this nourishing deep dive weaving beauty and ritual as we deepen into our own embodiment together.

I deeply feel it is the time to reclaim and rebirth the archetype of the Mother on the planet - together.
